Questions

What firms ask about managed IT services.

Short, specific answers. Anything not covered here is a good first question for the call.

Ask yours in the form below
What do managed IT services include?

19 areas in four groups. Essential covers help desk and administration; Managed adds monitoring and patching, endpoint protection, backup, the security baseline, the office network and a quarterly review. Migrations and office moves are quoted as projects.

Compare the plans

Do you work with Google Workspace as well as Microsoft 365?

Yes. Both plans include Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration: users, mailboxes, groups, shared drives and sites, licence assignment, multi-factor setup and sign-in recovery. The Managed plan also backs it up.

Google Workspace administration

Is cybersecurity included?

On the Managed plan: multi-factor sign-in enforced, separate admin accounts, device encryption checked, managed endpoint protection, automated patching and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace backup. Essential includes multi-factor setup. Penetration testing, formal assessments and incident response are specialist work, scoped separately.

Security essentials

Do you support Mac as well as Windows?

Yes. Both plans include remote support for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices. On the Managed plan, computers are also monitored, patched automatically and protected.

Device lifecycle

What about after-hours and emergency work?

Requests are handled Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 Eastern Time. Work outside business hours is not included in either plan and is billed separately.

Can you work with our other technology vendors?

Yes, in both plans. Internet, phone, printer and copier, and business-software vendors are coordinated on your behalf: one person keeps the issue moving, asks each vendor for a concrete action, and confirms the real work runs again.
