What happens next

From your note to a call.

The first call is a fit conversation, not a scripted sales demo.

  1. You send the form

Team size, the systems you rely on, and what should be handled first.

  2. A person replies by email

To arrange a time for the call.

  3. The call

We look at how your IT is set up, what keeps interrupting your people, which plan fits, and what would be a separate project.

  • No passwords, ever. We never ask for passwords or recovery codes, by form, email or phone.

  • Your details. Used only to reply to your request. Privacy policy

Before the call

What firms ask before they write.

Short answers, and the pages worth reading first if you want to compare.

What should we put in the first message?

Your team size, where people work, the systems you rely on (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, devices, business applications), your current IT provider if you have one, and the first thing you want handled or the change coming up. Never send passwords, recovery codes or sensitive client data.

Is the first call a sales demo?

No. It is a fit conversation: how your IT is set up today, what keeps interrupting your people, which plan fits, and what would be a separate project.

What does managed IT cost?

Essential is $59 CAD per user, per month, for help desk and administration. Managed is $89 and adds monitoring and patching, endpoint protection, backup and a security baseline. Minimum 5 users billed, month to month with 30 days’ written notice, and no setup fee for the standard start. Projects, hardware and licences are quoted separately, and prices are before taxes.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. We first confirm what your business owns, coordinate the handover with your current provider, collect documentation and admin access through secure channels, and stabilize the environment before changing anything.

How a switch works
