Full coverage

Every part of your firm’s IT, with one provider.

From a sign-in problem on a Monday morning to next year’s laptop replacements: 19 service areas in four groups. Each area shows its plan: both plans, Managed, or quoted separately.

Everyday support

The work your people notice: answers when something breaks, working laptops and phones, clean starts and exits. In both plans.

Security and continuity

The controls insurers and clients ask about, kept current in the Managed plan rather than left as one-off projects.

Platforms and infrastructure

The systems the office runs on, administered by someone who knows how they fit together.

Planning and projects

The year ahead, the paperwork, and the changes that need their own plan.

Estimate

What your firm would pay each month.

Your monthly price is the number of people on the plan multiplied by the per-user price. Try your own numbers, then bring the estimate to the first call.

How the price works

  • Covered users × plan price, with a minimum of 5 users billed. For 15 people: $885 a month on Essential, $1,335 on Managed.
  • A covered user is each person with a work account, including their assigned computer and mobile device.
  • Prices before taxes. Projects, on-site visits and after-hours work are quoted or billed separately; hardware and licences are purchased separately.

How support works

What happens when someone needs help.

Every request follows the same visible path, so your team knows where it stands and what changed.

  1. Request

Someone on your team asks for help. The request is triaged in business context: who is affected and what is at risk.

  2. Clarify

We confirm the impact, the people affected and the safest next step.

  3. Handle

The change is made with the right access and a proportionate level of care.

  4. Explain

We record what changed, what remains, and whether a broader decision is needed.

Requests are handled Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 Eastern Time. First response targeted within 4 business hours on Essential and 2 on Managed, where requests also go ahead of Essential work; a whole-office outage goes first. Targets, not guarantees.

Security

Security handled as routine, not as a special project.

Insurers and clients increasingly ask professional firms to show basic controls. On the Managed plan, these controls are in place and kept current; Essential includes multi-factor setup.

The questionnaire asksIn the Managed plan
Is multi-factor authentication enforced?Enforced for every user
Are systems kept patched?Automated patching
Could you restore data after an incident?Backup, restores on request
Is your email domain protected from spoofing?SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Switching providers

Change IT providers without losing control of your environment.

We take over step by step: confirm what your business owns, coordinate the handover with your current provider, collect documentation and admin access through secure channels, and stabilize before changing anything.

  1. Before notice is given

    What we do

Inventory domains, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, devices, backups, applications, vendor contracts and renewal dates.

    What you get

A clear picture of what the business owns and who can approve changes.

  2. The handover

    What we do

Transfer access and knowledge against a visible acceptance list, through approved secure channels.

    What you get

Admin access and documentation you can verify, not one final meeting.

  3. After the switch

    What we do

Stabilize first: administrative ownership, support routes and renewals, then recurring friction.

    What you get

A prioritized record of what to fix first, with larger changes scoped separately.

What to gather before you switch

A list to start from. Keep passwords out of it.

  • Domain registrar and DNS host
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace admin accounts
  • Devices, and who has which one
  • Backups: what, where, and for how long
  • Business applications and their vendors
  • Vendor contracts and notice periods
  • Documentation and known exceptions
  • Renewal dates

Professional practices

Built around how professional firms work.

Confidential files, filing deadlines, patient schedules and client portals change what careful IT looks like. Every practice gets the full service surface above.

  • Law firms

    • Document access scoped by matter and role
    • Access changes recorded and tied to an approval
    • Filing and closing dates set the timing of any change
  • Accounting and tax firms

    • Fast, correctly scoped access for seasonal staff
    • Clear separation of each client’s files
    • Non-urgent changes scheduled outside filing peaks
  • Healthcare practices

    • Booking and check-in treated as patient-facing
    • Guest and patient network separation
    • Clinical-area devices on the same lifecycle as office equipment
  • Financial and professional services

    • Multi-factor sign-in and second-channel verification
    • Client-portal access reviewed against current engagements
    • Impersonation and look-alike domains easier to spot

Questions

What firms ask before they switch.

Short, specific answers. Anything not covered here is a good first question for the call.

Ask yours in the form below

Compare the plans

What is not included in either plan?

Projects (migrations, office moves or new offices, server deployments, major upgrades), hardware and software licences (including Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licences), on-site visits, servers and in-depth support of specialised business applications, and work outside business hours. See the service boundaries

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. We first confirm what your business owns, coordinate the handover with your current provider, collect documentation and admin access through secure channels, and stabilize the environment before changing anything.

How a switch works

Do you work with Google Workspace as well as Microsoft 365?

Yes. Both plans include Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration: users, mailboxes, groups, shared drives and sites, licence assignment, multi-factor setup and sign-in recovery. The Managed plan also backs it up.

Google Workspace administration

What about support outside business hours?

Requests are handled during business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 Eastern Time. Work outside those hours is not included in either plan and is billed separately.

Is support available in French?

The website and the first conversation are available in English and French. Language needs for day-to-day support are confirmed before you commit.

What should we prepare before the first call?

Your team size, working locations, important tools, what keeps interrupting the work, and any change coming up. Never send passwords, recovery codes or sensitive client data.

See how getting started works

Do you come on site?

Support in both plans is remote. On-site visits are available on request and quoted separately.

Tell us about your firm.

Your team size, the systems you rely on, and the first thing you want handled. A few sentences is plenty.
